  • Physical Classes: Monday to Wednesday 9am – 2pm
  • Practical Hours: Thursday – Sunday depending on functions.

Entrance Requirements

In order to apply for this course, you will need a Matric Certificate and be able to speak, read & write English.
You will also need to have an entrance interview before being accepted onto this course


  • To receive an Certificate in Event Design, Wedding Design & Planning from The SA School of Weddings.
  • Students are required to successfully complete all the assignments set out by The SA School of Weddings.
  • The pass rate for each subject is 65% and must have an attendance of 80% throughout the course.
  • Students must also meet the qualifications, standards, ethics and ideals necessary to successfully and responsibly serve future clients as a professional in the Wedding Industry.


The SA School of Weddings provides support to students who require assistance after the completion of the course. Students
